Access Africa
Access Africa was created, in conjunction with a specialised local operator, to make areas of Southern Africa accessible to
physically challenged travellers.
Style of Travel
These safaris are designed to a sense of independence and fulfillment for clients. This is supported by our professional guides and a support team working in the background.
Our guide's experience covers knowledge of wild game and their habits, intimate knowledge of the areas of operation, culinary skills, advanced vehicle mechanical knowledge, specialised off-road driving skills and last but not least, the ability to share and teach about the importance of natural areas and the amazing people and wildlife encountered.
Transport
In South Africa and often in Namibia, we make use of our specially adapted Mercedes Sprinter, whilst in the wilder areas requiring 4x4, of Namibia and Botswana, we use specially modified Landcruisers.
Extra equipment
Should you require the use of specialized equipment, such as scooters, hoists, wheelchairs, etc. whilst on tour with us, we are happy to hire such equipment for you.
Carers on tour
Nobody knows your capabilities as well as you do yourself. For this reason we leave the decision of whether or not you need extra help to you.
You can bring a family member or assistant if you wish or we are more than willing to provide a profession carer for you should you want one.
Try us!
We know that individual clients have different needs so if you have a question about something that's not clear from our website please contact us and ask one of our team.
Africa has never been so accessible and with our skills and resources we can take you to places you never dreamed and make your adventure holiday in Africa the most enjoyable you could wish for.
